Watch out for Y7 Black Lives Matter Performances

Our Year 7s are doing exceptionally well in their new Black Lives Matter unit of work.

They have been learning professional repertoire from Diversity’s recent incredible performance and creating their own choreography to communicate the powerful messages of this movement. For homework, they created brilliant protest posters to be incorporated into their choreography (see the image below).

The Year 7s have so impressed the Performing Arts teachers, not only with their fantastic performance skills and creativity but also their thoughts and discussions surrounding this stimulus.
