Careers and Employability is accorded high priority within our school and seen as crucial in equipping our students to feel empowered and informed to make decisions regarding the opportunities and challenges of adult and working life.
Throughout their time with us, we ensure that students receive support and guidance with a comprehensive and varied Careers Education. Fairfield works closely with our linked governor and the Careers & Enterprise Company to measure our provision against the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks.
