Students enjoy live performance of Romeo and Juliet
The English Department took a group of Year 10 students to see a live performance of Romeo and Juliet, one of their GCSE texts. The performance took place at Redgrave Theatre, Clifton.
Shakespeare’s enduring tale of first love was performed by students from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, one of the UK’s most respected drama schools.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the performance and saw the trip as an excellent opportunity to see the play on stage, as it was intended.
