Runner up Young Cartoonist of the Year goes to George in Year 8!

A huge congratulations to George in 8S for being named runner-up in the Young Cartoonist of the Year 2025. His artwork is currently on display at the Cartoon Museum in London – what an incredible achievement!

Both the British Cartoonist Association and the Cartoon Art Trust praised George for his impressive caricatures and expressive characters. The use of colour in his piece was outstanding, and they highlighted the thoughtfulness behind the drawing, with a clear attention to current events. George travelled to London to receive his well-deserved award.
