Poetry Winners

Fairfield students are celebrating success in a poetry competition, Bristol by Heart. The project is a collaboration between the Bristol based poetry charity Poetry by Heart and Bristol University. Students filmed themselves at the end of summer term performing a poem which they had learned.

This September we received the results, and the following students were delighted to be awarded book vouchers, winners’ certificates, and personal feedback from the judges: Rayan, Shaista, Isabella and Francesca.

The English department are also pleased to announce the opening of Creative Writing Club every Friday lunchtime in 3W06.
