Ted Talk expert shares tips & inspires students ready for Summer competition
A wonderful group of future leaders from Years 9 and 10 joined with TED Talk expert, Barney Grenfell, for an oracy workshop on Thursday 13th March to compete for a chance to speak at TedX Bristol 2024.
We shared ideas to change the world, explored how to hook and influence an audience and finally learned top tips for presentation. It was great to see such enthusiasm and skill. The English Team are really looking forward to the first competition stage in early summer, after which it will give a full account and photos of the exciting event.
