Science Tech team deliver vital workshops to primary school students
The Year 6s at May Park Primary School enjoyed a second visit from the science tech team this term to do the much-awaited heart dissection, a continuation to their ” how to save a life” project.
The students got to grips with finding the different sections of the heart and their various functions. Also learning how to use scalpels. As always, a real pleasure working with the students who, were really hands on handling the hearts getting fingers into the heart chambers and showing how knowable they were about the workings of the heart.
