White Ribbon Day raises awareness to end violence against women and girls

Team Fairfield wore white ribbons to raise awareness to end violence against women and girls. A huge well done to Feminist Society for making 1,200 white ribbons, so that every student and staff member could show their support.

The society also:

• Created different sets of slides for all year groups to raise awareness
• Organised a lunch time session in the Community Room with video clips, posters and leaflets, plus an opportunity to chat to any year group should they wish
• Delivered tutor packs to all 40 tutor groups with white ribbons a poster and a leaflet
• Hand designed A3 white ribbons for tutees to sign and display on their tutor boards
