Nature Skills Course

This term Fairfield Science Department hosted a Nature Skills Course run by Avon Wildlife Trust.

This course is designed to teach young people the skills needed to improve our local grounds to the benefit of nature. Activities to improve biodiversity have included making seed bombs, planting of wildflowers, pond dipping, surveying for local mammal tracks and making bird feeders.
