Inspiring Green Futures for Year 9

Over the coming weeks, our Year 9 students will be taking part in the Inspire Green Futures workshops, exploring what green jobs are, who works in them, and how these careers could shape their own futures. Led by experts from UWE Bristol and organised by Fairfield’s Geography Department, the sessions encourage students to think about future pathways, sustainability careers, and how their GCSE choices can support their ambitions.

Families are also encouraged to get involved by learning more about green careers and opportunities at https://curiosityconnections.net/green-futures/. These workshops aim to inspire curiosity, raise aspirations, and help students see how they can play a part in building a more sustainable world.
