Fairfield hosts TeacherFest for colleagues across the city

We were delighted to host TeacherFest which this year featured our very own Mr Shand and Ms Smee. This special event welcomed a number of visitors from Bristol Education Partnership (BEP – a combination of state and independent sector colleagues).

The variety of presentations included: Equalities in the Curriculum: how to plan and deliver sensitive topics, strategies to support Year 6-7 student transition and wellbeing, tackling school refusal, creating a culture of belonging and diverse educators.

The feedback from delegates was that the speakers were really engaging and the topics covered were instantly useful for engaging with students, lots of food for thought!
