Attendance Update: Term 1

Term 1 attendance has been positive. As a school we have been consistently in line with the city average or above.

However, there will be a real concentration on punctuality from Term 2 onwards. It is vital that students are on time to school and their lessons to have the most access to their education.

If a student is late twice in a week, without reason explanation then they will be places on a two-week report. Monitored by their pastoral year team and tutor. If the report is not success, then an attendance meeting with be held with the student, home, and year team. The aim will be discuss attendance, punctuality, and supportive measure to ensure success.
