FHS attendance figures remain impressive

Fairfield High School is still open to vulnerable and key worker students and have been since the start of the national lockdown. There have been a steady intake of students and they are participating in virtual school like the rest of the school community.

Attendance in term 2 was very positive, 93%, given the state of the nation, the impact of covid-19 and the required isolation periods. The work between colleagues, students and home support enabled a positive attendance picture. Thank you to those that continually make contact regarding illnesses and the impact specifically that covid-19 is having on our young people.

The continued correspondence regarding attendance during term 3, has enabled us to provide support and feedback when required.
