Bristol City Schools of Sanctuary celebrations

At the end of June, we were honoured to be invited to participate in the celebration event for Bristol City Schools of Sanctuary. Fairfield has been part of this project since the start, and we are very proud of what our refuges and asylum seeker students have achieved in our school.

New schools joining the Schools of Sanctuary shared their achievements and we had a great day speaking with the students and chatting about what other schools are doing to help refugees.

We are looking forward to work together with the Schools of Sanctuary next year as we meet new students to challenge, engage and improve the diversity of our school community.
