EAL students enjoy trip to the Bristol Museum
We had a wonderful trip to the Bristol Museum with our EAL (English as an Additional Language) students.
The students explored the Ancient Egypt gallery, where they saw real mummies, old objects, and learned about life in Egypt a long time ago. They also visited the wildlife section, where they found out about animals that live in and around Bristol.
One exciting part of the trip was seeing a Romani caravan. This helped students learn about Romani people and their way of life.
During the visit, students took notes and drew pictures of what they saw. When we came back to school, they worked in groups to share what they had learned. This helped them practise speaking and listening in English.
It was a great day, enjoyed by all!
