KS3 Science Fair: A Celebration of Curiosity, Creativity, and Innovation!
During British Science Week, our Year 7 and 8 students put their scientific minds to the test in an exciting and inspiring KS3 Science Fair! With a fantastic range of projects on display, students showcased their creativity, research skills, and passion for discovery, making the event a huge success.
From eye-catching posters on respiration and photosynthesis by Ayo, Oluwadarasimi, Horatius, and Julia (Y8) to Peggy’s (Y7) deep dive into the fascinating world of lemon sharks, every project was a testament to our students’ enthusiasm for science. Aaryaa (Y8) amazed us all with not just one, but three incredible projects—two insightful and detailed explorations of stars and black holes, alongside an impressive homemade projector! Evie-Belle (Y7) brought the world of African wild dogs to life, while Yukie, Annie-May, Betsy, and Iris (Y7) constructed a detailed Earth model to highlight the impact of plastic pollution on our planet.
It was fantastic to see students engaging with each other’s work, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing their scientific passions. The level of effort and curiosity on display was truly inspiring, and we can’t wait to see what next year’s Science Fair will bring! A huge well done to all who participated and attended—your dedication to science and innovation made this event unforgettable!
Roll on next year! 🚀🔬🌍
